We're in the same office park as Quinn's Lighthouse. Park on the street and come search out the building. Our entrance is behind the Enterprise Rent a Car halfway down a brick path kind of in the middle of the office park. Look for the fountain and we're on the left. There's brass lettering that says 31A above the black screen door.

 

From Jack London Square
Take Embarcadero South two miles. Instinct is on your right, after the road bends past 16th Avenue. Instinct is located next to the Embarcadero Cove Marina.

 

From Downtown Oakland
Take 12th Street to 5th Avenue and turn right. Follow to Embarcadero and turn left.

 

Travelling North on 880
Exit 5th Avenue and turn left on Embarcadero. Follow for 1 mile past 16th Avenue exit.

 

Travelling South on 880
Take 16th Avenue Exit. Turn left on Embarcadero. Follow for one-half mile.

 

From Montclair District
Park Blvd. West to Beaumont/14th Ave. Turn left, pass Highland Hospital to East 14th/International Blvd. Turn left to 16th Ave. Turn right, follow overpass to Embarcadero, turn left. Instinct is 1/4 mile on the water side.

 

Travelling from Alameda
Cross the Park Street Bridge. Keep left on 29th Street, around 7-Eleven, and veer right onto 23rd Street. Turn left at the first stop light (E 7th Street). Continue straight. E 7th Street turns into Embarcadero. Continue past the Coast Guard Island entrance on the your left and Instinct is located 500 feet ahead.
